Interim leadership of department – key Council role during challenging, high profile period

• Advising Leader, Chief Executive and other senior leaders on a range of issues; and managing reputation through challenging financial and political environment
• Leading team of 18 across communications, marketing, campaigns, digital, research and design functions, as Interim Head of Communications and Research
• Departmental performance stabilisation and improvement despite two high profile election periods, supporting leadership through ‘No Overall Control’
